  Had a bad flat tire on the interstate. Tried to change it but one of the lugs was stripped. Called East Coast Towing and they said a truck would be out in 1.5 - 2 hours. Driver called about 15 minutes later and said he would be there in 10. He was able to remove the stripped lug and mount my spare. Efficient, well done and courteous!

  Wow!!! Traveling from FL to MD, stopping in VA… These guys sure go ABOVE & BEYOND!!!! Im a single mom w my 13yr old son and 12yo friend. We were hit by a car and both needed towed. Colton not only towed me, my kids, & my truck, he “ubured”us all afternoon from Enterprise to Enterprise tryn to get us into another truck! Found a Pacifica & another helpful soul helped all us unload the entire truck and packed the loaner full!! His/their sincere care, concern, & helpful ways made this MD momma feel right at home! THANK YOU COLTON AND EVERYONE at EAST COAST TOWING in DUNN NC!!!!!!!!! Gods people helpn this MD momma in her time of need without hesitation.. THAT’S PRICELESS!!!!!! Love to all!!!!!!!! Thank you!!

  They told me it would be 2 ½ hours before they could tow my car...they made it in approximately 45 minutes! I'm so grateful since I was on I-40 in heavy morning traffic. Will definitely keep them in my contacts for any future needs.

  The gentleman who picked up the car called to let me know when he would be arriving & was true to the time. Very courteous and helpful. Took very good care of my car when loading on the truck.

  Willie came in less than 30 mins and was quick and efficient for a flat tire replacement. You have to have a spare and the lug nut tool, they bring the jack. Reasonable price of $96.

  The driver who picked up the car was on time, he called ahead to confirm he was on his way, and the car was lifted and secured in 5 minutes. He went above and beyond to charge the battery and roll up the windows because there were storms rolling in. Highly recommend.

  I had the pleasure of having Rob tow my Mercedes Motorhome to a repair facility. He is simply the best in the business. His many years of experience shows thru from the initial meeting of his customers all the way through the Tow process. I followed behind him to the repair facility and he took great caution with my motor home like it was his own. For the many years he has been in this business he still has an awesome spirit and approach to all of customers and what he does when it comes to towing. Keep up the good work and I will recommend him to even know.
