   Wonderful experience! The customer service was great! David was exceptionally quick, communicative, and helpful as the tow truck driver. I’m happy to have found a reliable and affordable towing service on such short notice!

   Adrianna in dispatch was fast and very friendly  and extremely helpful  and ed in towing was amazing he was quick to the scene and very polite and friendly

   The driver did a great job he was a real professional he took care of me and my truck he communicated with me  the whole time i would recommend them anybody thanks for great job

 Verified  My experience with East Coast Towing is BEYOND 5 STARS!! I called for a tow on Christmas Eve day and they picked up my car an hour from the time I made the call. Randy, who drove the wrecker, was PHENOMENAL and then some! Probably the friendliest and most helpful professional I've met this year, he knew what the problem was right away and was able to get it to a reputable garage that could fix it in two days. 

Did I mention this is all happening at Christmas?! Having your car break down over the holidays is the last thing anyone needs. But, to be honest, I couldn't believe happier that it happened when it did because I was blessed with exceptional service, a quality garage (so tough to find these days!), and fair pricing. 

I'm giving East Coast Towing, and especially Randy, the highest possible recommendation!

 recommends  Jay offloaded some equipment this morning for me and did great. Right on time, priced very well and very polite. This is the second time he has offloaded for me, and I will use him again anytime I have something in his area. Highly recommend!!! 5Stars!!!

 Verified  The gentleman on the phone was so sweet and patient. It's always nerve wracking when your car breaks down and he went above and beyond to help.
