Rich WellsSeptember 3, 2026Had a bad flat tire on the interstate. Tried to change it but one of the lugs was stripped. Called East Coast Towing and they said a truck would be out in 1.5 - 2 hours. Driver called about 15 minutes later and said he would be there in 10. He was able to remove the stripped lug and mount my spare. Efficient, well done and courteous!

Roxy UmbelSeptember 3, 2026Wow!!! Traveling from FL to MD, stopping in VA… These guys sure go ABOVE & BEYOND!!!! Im a single mom w my 13yr old son and 12yo friend. We were hit by a car and both needed towed. Colton not only towed me, my kids, & my truck, he “ubured”us all afternoon from Enterprise to Enterprise tryn to get us into another truck! Found a Pacifica & another helpful soul helped all us unload the entire truck and packed the loaner full!! His/their sincere care, concern, & helpful ways made this MD momma feel right at home! THANK YOU COLTON AND EVERYONE at EAST COAST TOWING in DUNN NC!!!!!!!!! Gods people helpn this MD momma in her time of need without hesitation.. THAT’S PRICELESS!!!!!! Love to all!!!!!!!! Thank you!!

Milkyas AdmasuAugust 30, 2026Willie came in less than 30 mins and was quick and efficient for a flat tire replacement. You have to have a spare and the lug nut tool, they bring the jack. Reasonable price of $96.

Kf G.December 24, 2025My experience with East Coast Towing is BEYOND 5 STARS!! I called for a tow on Christmas Eve day and they picked up my car an hour from the time I made the call. Randy, who drove the wrecker, was PHENOMENAL and then some! Probably the friendliest and most helpful professional I've met this year, he knew what the problem was right away and was able to get it to a reputable garage that could fix it in two days. Did I mention this is all happening at Christmas?! Having your car break down over the holidays is the last thing anyone needs. But, to be honest, I couldn't believe happier that it happened when it did because I was blessed with exceptional service, a quality garage (so tough to find these days!), and fair pricing. I'm giving East Coast Towing, and especially Randy, the highest possible recommendation!Posted on Yelp
